The Code of Conduct sets the standard for how we work together, how we protect the integrity of EOSUSA.NEWS, and how we work with block producers and others in the EOS comunity. All of us at EOSUSA.NEWS must abide by the Code, our guidelines, and other applicable policies when conducting EOSUSA.NEWS related business.

 

The Code affirms OUR four principles of conduct:

• Conduct business with honesty and integrity

• Follow the letter and spirit of the EOS Constitution

• Treat each other fairly

• Act in the best interests of the EOS community

 

Our core belief in acting with integrity, honesty, fairness, openness, and transparency will guide us as we work towards promoting and supporting the EOS community and encouraging mass adoption.

 

EOS Constitution

The guidelines and governance set forth in the EOS Constitution, including the reg producer agreement will be supported and up held by EOSUSA.NEWS

 

 

Arbitration

Arbitration recommendations will strongly be considered when making decisions as a block producer.

Block Producing

We will demonstrate a track record of reliable block production, poses data center assets of superior quality to maximize performance, stability, and security when producing blocks.

Independence

We are independently owned, operated, and financed by our founders. We agree to not give up operational control of our company and will disclose full ownership percentages on our website.(EOS-USA Ownership Disclosure)

Vote Buying

We do not support vote-buying, pay to play or kickbacks in any form.
